Can this application work on Windows Vista?

I want to log on Windows Vista with this application .Can this application work on Windows Vista? Maybe, you will be able to do it without considering anything.
This application will install driver for logging to your PC without your operation.
Also, when you finish log, this application will uninstall driver for logging from your PC without your operation.
(Only windows Vista.)
